Purpose
This is a way to put your inner world into words and structure: thoughts, feelings, body, family, and the stories around you. The first step toward change is understanding yourself. When you are ready, you can export it all as a clear text document and give it to an AI, so it can help analyze what you have written and suggest realistic, practical steps toward better wellbeing.
Main map (boxes)
The center is you. Add boxes for people, topics, or situations. Connect them with lines. Double-click to edit text. Go deeper into a box to map what lives underneath. Colors show emotions; deeper boxes shape the mix above them.
Emotions
Pick an emotion, then a deepest-level box. Set weight (1–5) and why. Analytics and pie charts use those weights.
Overview
See the whole map at once. Blue lines made here are special cross-level links.
Magic Exists
Because you were right — magic does exist. (Turns on a soft glow and star-dust.)
Journal
Daily thoughts. You can mark an entry as a dream (purple) and attach a photo.
Memories
Pin memories on a corkboard with a flexible date, emotion, and optional photo beside the note.
My Life
Timeline from your birth date to today with journal, memories, and pain as openable dots. Color whole life periods with labels.
Intentions
Wishes and hopes — what you want to grow toward. Included in the AI export.
Things people say
Save quotes from people around you. Private — not sent in the AI export.
Bohemian origin
Family tree: place people as circles, connect them, double-click for a short profile (photo, dates, health, trauma, notes).
Pain
Tap a body region, type of pain, and intensity.
History
Simple medical history questions in your own words.
Analytics
Emotion breakdowns and pie charts for boxes.
Export for AI
Downloads a written report of your map so an AI can read it and offer guidance with realistic steps for wellbeing.
Password
Locks the board. Change it on the lock screen with the old password.
Enter the current password, then choose a new one.
Answer what you can. Short words are fine. Everything is self-reported and included in Export for AI — not a clinical record.
Tap a region on the front or back body map → type of pain → intensity (1–5). Anatomical labels are used in the log and AI export.
How strong is this feeling?
1 = low · 5 = highest
